Description
This package is intended for anyone who already has Deaver’s Q80 pack and would like to run our rear end setup. Our extended shackles are laser cut, CNC formed, and designed around using Deaver leaf springs. They are longer length than the stock shackles and allow for maximum wheel travel and additional droop. This fabricated shackle hanger replaces your stock hanger to allow for proper droop when installing Deaver’s Q80 pack with our extended shackle. We’ve designed and built these shackle hangers in house and use them on all our Bronco builds using the Q80 pack. They bolt directly into existing frame holes for a simple install and are much stronger than the factory hanger. These hangers lower the pivot point of the shackle and can still be used with the stock spring and shackle or our Deaver Q80 and Shackle Combo.
Note: Front spring mount will not bolt up to existing holes on F150 frame, custom holes will need to be drilled.
