Black Friday FAQ

When does the sale start and end?

Our Black Friday sale begins Thursday, 11/28 at 12:01 AM PST.

The sale will end Monday, 12/2 at 11:59 PM PST.

The prices look the same as before. Is there a Black Friday discount code?

While you will see retail prices on the product page, all our Black Friday discounts will be automatically applied during checkout. No codes necessary.

What products are on sale?

Literally everything we sell on this website (except gift certificates) are discounted and a part of our Black Friday sale.

Is everything currently in stock?

As of Thanksgiving week, almost every product we sell is in stock. Some King shocks and other highly specialized items may carry a lead time. If at any point during our sale an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the approximate lead time.

What if I need my order shipped fast?

We will be shipping Black Friday orders in the order we receive them. We suggest placing your order sooner rather than later to avoid any delays in shipping.

When can I pick up my will-call order?

Will-call customers will be notified via email when their order is ready for pickup. Will-call customers must pick up their order within five (5) business days of being notified their order is ready. Failure to do so will result in us shipping your order to you at your expense. We will not hold will-call orders for longer than five days.

Are you guys open during the sale?

Our shop doors and phone will be closed over the holiday weekend, however, our sales staff will be on standby to answer your questions. Please direct any and all questions or concerns to sales@desolatemotorsports.com

What's this free order thing?

Back by popular demand, we will be giving one lucky customer a gift certificate valued at the amount of their order to be used on a future purchase with Desolate Motorsports. Whether you spent $30 or $3000, as long as your order was placed during our Black Friday sale, you're automatically entered to win.

When will the winning order be picked?

We will draw the winning order number on Tuesday, 12/3 live on our instagram page. Follow us at @desolate_motorsports to watch the live drawing.

How will the winner the picked?

All order numbers will be entered into a randomizer and the winner will be chosen at random.

If I win, can I use the gift card on the order I placed?

No. The winner will be able to use this gift certificate on a future order with Desolate Motorsports. Gift certificate cannot be combined with any future sales, discount codes, or promotions.

Can't show your wife what you spent on truck parts? We got you covered.

We get it. Maybe you're not the best at communicating your needs...no judgement (but maybe work on that?) If you need to show your wife that you spent less on your rig than you actually did, we're making it a bit easier for you.

 

Below is a link to a blank PDF invoice. Fill it out with your name, billing and shipping info, products you bought, and whatever price you want to show her for it all.

 

Tip: Don't make the discounts too big. Women are smart, and they can sniff that shit out. Also, be sure you add it all up and add shipping to the total. Make it look somewhat believable.
