These CNC billet aluminum upper rear shock mounts not only look badass  installing them is a breeze with no welding required. This shock mount will allow you to run a performance off-road shock without sacrificing any interior or cargo space on your Bronco. We include two beautiful billet side plates that locate off existing factory holes in your frame. Also included is a powder coated heavy duty 1.75" diameter .188" wall steel bolt-on cross bar with integrated shock mounting tabs. All necessary Grade 8 Mounting hardware is included as well. Weld on lower shock mounts for your axle will be needed when running race style shocks to ensure your rear suspension is cycling correctly and not putting excessive load on other rear suspension components. The factory lower shock mounts on the rear end can be utilized in some cases on mild builds utilizing Bilstein and Fox performance type shocks. Combine this with one of the Desolate Motorsports long travel leaf spring packages to achieve up to 17" of wheel travel on your Bronco!

Note: Removal of factory heat shield and factory upper shock mount is required. May require modification of exhaust if you are utilizing a factory muffler
