This package includes all top tier parts for a coil spring mid-travel, 4" suspension system. Although this kit is classified as mid-travel, it is designed to withstand rigorous off-road use.
This kit comes standard with Modified Stock Width TTB Housings that have been camber corrected for increased ride height. The beams incorporate 3/16 steel plating for reinforcement, which is formed and welded to all vulnerable areas of the beam and the stock urethane bushings are cut out and replaced with stainless steel 1" uniballs. The uniball pivot increases solid engagement in the pivot brackets, eliminates deflection, and allows for increased wheel travel without prematurely wearing out the stock rubber bushing. Additionally, the beam is modified to include an integrated bash guard and mini truss. Mounted to the beam housings are beautifully machined Billet Aluminum Radius Arms pivoting on massive 1.25" heim joints and are reinforced with a Billet Radius Arm Cross Bar. These extended radius arms are designed with more caster angle than factory arms, providing a more relaxed driving experience. The package also includes Dual Fox 2.0 shocks paired with 4” lift coils to increase both height and provide the best ride quality possible. Adjustable alignment cams (preset for this kit), a drop pitman arm, front stainless extended brake lines, and front limit straps.
Partnering with Deaver, this kit features a pair of Q80-2 leaf springs hung on an Extended Shackle, Fabricated Shackle Hanger, and F-Series Front Spring Mount. The F-Series Rear Upper Shock Mount and "Boomerang" lower rear shock mount accommodate a pair of Fox 2.0 x10” reservoir shocks, achieving 17" of vertical wheel travel. Additionally, an extended rear brake line, oversized 5/8" diameter U-bolts and new axle perches are provided to complete this kit.
This setup would be a super easy upgrade to Long Travel down the road.
Note: The dual fox option is a 2.0 body with reservoir for the main shock and auxiliary fox is standard 2.0 without reservoir. Vehicle must have factory dual shock coil bucket if choosing dual shock option. Rear Deaver springs are not recommended for towing or heavy loads. All vehicles require alignment after lift install.
