Who we are:
Desolate Motorsports is an aftermarket parts manufacturer and off-road lifestyle brand. Based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, we design and manufacture performance suspension, braking, steering, and body systems for 1980–1996 Ford Broncos and OBS trucks. We’ve doubled down on lifestyle content and community-driven marketing, and now we need a hungry, talented marketing lead who can continue our momentum. This is an in-house, full-time, salaried position.
What you’ll do:
- Own & execute marketing campaigns (product drops, promos, new channels)
- Grow and manage social media presence — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more
- Shoot and edit photo/video content (or manage creators)
- Engage the community — respond to comments, DMs, nurture brand fans
- Lead ambassador and influencer programs
- Run email marketing through Klaviyo — segment, automate, convert
- Work with Shopify — growth optimization, funnels, tracking
- Plan and execute IRL events (trade shows, trail rides, meetups)
- Monitor metrics, report performance, iterate strategy
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency and growth
Your profile:
- 4+ years in digital / e-commerce marketing
- Proven track record growing social media, building community
- Hands-on photo/video skills
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads
- Strong analytical chops
- Passion or experience in the 90s Ford / off-road world
- Creative, self-motivated, and ready to own
