Designed around 2005–2016 Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350 axles, this front and rear suspension conversion is built for serious off-road enthusiasts looking to take their classic Bronco beyond the limits of a traditional suspension setup.

Featuring massive 2.5-inch-diameter King shocks front and rear, this system delivers 12 inches of front suspension travel and 15 inches of rear suspension travel to tackle demanding trails, rock crawling, mud, and other extreme terrain.

The front suspension incorporates a 4-inch wheelbase push forward, while the rear axle is positioned 1 inch farther back. This configuration is designed to maximize clearance for large-diameter tires and accommodate aggressive off-road builds.

Typically paired with 37-inch or larger tires, this conversion is intended for builders creating a serious off-road Bronco. Fender and bumper trimming is generally required to achieve adequate clearance, depending on tire size, wheel specifications, and vehicle configuration.
