This package is ideal for a daily-driven Bronco that experiences occasional weekend trail usage. These combined front and rear components make up a great entry-level complete 4" lift ready for installation.

The 4” Daily Driver Combo includes High Clearance Radius Arms equipped with massive 1.25″ heim joints, Modified Stock Width TTB Housings, direct bolt-in Trail Runner Rear Leaf Springs, and Bilstein 5100 shocks. These fabricated radius arms are designed with more caster angle than factory radius arms, providing a more relaxed driving experience. The beams have been modified to correct camber’ with the increased ride height, along with mild plate work added to reinforce vulnerable areas and pivots ends converted to 1" uniballs. Replacing the pivot with a uniball gives the beam much more solid engagement in your pivot brackets, eliminates deflection and allows the beam to cycle larger travel numbers without prematurely wearing a stock rubber bushing. We also open the window on the passenger beam to prevent the axle shaft from contacting the beam at full articulation. Desolate Motorsports 4" lift coils and the option of Dual or Single Bilstein 5100 series shocks address the increase in lift height and enhance ride quality. Additionally, the package comes with new extended stainless brake lines, a mild drop pitman arm, front limit straps, and adjustable alignment cams preset to get you started on your alignment.

For rear suspension, the Trail Runner leaf spring provides 3-4″ of lift over stock, depending on vehicle weight, but when paired with the extended shackle, it maintains a level rear height with the front end. Bilstein 5100 shocks mount in stock locations, making this rear kit a straightforward, completely bolt-on installation. This mid-travel kit offers 11” of front wheel travel and 14" in the rear while accommodating a 35” tire.

Note: All vehicles require alignment after lift install. The dual shock setup will require the vehicle having the proper coil bucket in order to mount the axillary shocks (front most shock in wheel well). Please call or email for more info.

Please reference our Install Guide Page for most up to date installation guide.

Awesome kit, great service, great people!

Got the kit on and am very happy with how it turned out.
I upgraded my beams to stage 2 beams after the order was placed. They were able to make that happen for me with plans for coilovers in the future. Luckily I’m only a couple hours away and was able to pickup in person, pickup was a breeze and it was nice to see the chassis in the showroom to snap a few photos to help with install. My only complaint is the lack of thorough instructions anywhere. The kit includes instructions for the important things… but it was a learning experience over a few days. I have an 81 with a c6 and the radius arm brackets utilize the bottom trans crossmember bolt…. I had to mock everything up to make sure I was using the right hole. The extended brake lines are for newer broncos, but with a plug for one of the front line extra ports solved the issue. The order in which you tackle the install seems to help a lot, I watched Chase Gentry’s obs install video to help get me through… but I had to figure some little things out on my own. Overall the his is a well built and put together kit. The packaging and labeling of everything is top notch. Make sure you get some u bolts for the rear leafs as they aren’t included in the kit, and maybe some coil spring isolators before install. The guys at the store are a huge help, and were able to answer any questions I had. Greg was awesome and went above and beyond to help get me the parts before Christmas! Rock solid operation guys! Thanks again!
